Yes! You can book anytime! Of course, we will be able to provide you with a better service and product if you give us at least a two month notice. This will depend upon availability, but we will do our best to accomodate your needs.

Absolutely! We can meet with you and explore options, or you can research in our site and you will be able to find low budget options in any menu. We recommend our rentals category, where you will be able to get everything you wanted at a fraction of its purchasing price. We don't want you to stress out about money, we want you to enjoy you happiness, and have it last forever. Please contact us and we will do our best to help you with your planning and your budget.

No problem! We understand you will be making changes as your wedding starts to take form and your guest list is finalized. For this reason we accept any kind of updates up to a month before the wedding day. You may change the amount of centerpieces, colour of table decor, design etc. All we ask for is that the order is fully paid for and finalized a month before the wedding at the latest.

Prior to the wedding, we function as Wedding assistants in the area related to the service you booked with us. We mantain constant communication with you and do our best to help you in any way we can. We do not stay throughout the whole event unless you book our Wedding coordination service, for more info see our services menu.

You can also choose to do your own setup or have us do the setup for you. Certain services (such as floral decor) can be requested with a set-up and/or take-down fee. In this case we would come to the venue(s) hours before the event starts, get things ready for you, make sure everything looks super gorgeous, and then leave before your guests arrive.

You can book online and pay safely through Paypal by using our online store. You can also choose to pay by cheque, email transfer, or in cash. Feel free to contact us if you have a particular need or request. We'd be happy to assist you.

Yes, we will send you a contract for our services and for rental products. We will email you a service/rental contract, the approved quote, and the invoice so you can review your order(s) and your payment(s).

Wedding builder is a one stop wedding and event booking portal. It is meant for people who are planning their wedding/event and want to do so in a practical and stress free way.
The practical bride, the anti-bride, the busy bride, the easy-going couple, and just about anyone who wishes to plan a wedding without stressing about it.

We offer glass vases, pedestals, overlays, table covers, sashes, runners, floral decor, wedding/event decor, rental items, day of coordination services, and so on. We own our own Floral Design company (Katsura Designs, at http://www.katsuradesigns.net) and everything you will find on our site will be done directly by us, or, in a few cases (catering, music and baker) by some of the best suppliers in the lower mainland.
